MIKA BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please review the following terms before confirming your Race Weekend reservation.
Bookings
Bookings
- Reservations are subject to a 2.5-hour seating period.
- Tables will be held for a maximum of 20 minutes after the confirmed reservation time.
- After this period, the reservation will be considered a no-show.
- A deposit of AED 500 per person is required to secure the booking.
- Bookings can be made by emailing manager@mika.ae.
- To cancel, please email manager@mika.ae.
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the reservation will not incur a cancellation charge.
- Reservations cancelled within 48 hours of the booking are subject to a charge of AED 500 per person.
- Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged AED 850 per person.
- All guests must be 21 years or older.
- Indoor and outdoor seating requests cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability upon arrival.
- Access to Yas Marina will be limited during Formula 1 weekend. Parking within Yas Marina requires a special day pass. Paid parking is available outside the main gate, with a complimentary Yas Marina shuttle service for access to and from the marina.
- All major credit cards and smart payment methods are accepted.
- A maximum of four cards may be used per bill.
- Discounts, vouchers, special offers and promotions are not applicable during the Race Weekend period.
- Smart casual. Beachwear and flip-flops are not permitted for gentlemen.
- Mika is not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings.
